It provides expert, strategic support to ensure that the review meeting is focused, productive, and results in a plan that is fully up to date and accurately reflects the young person’s current needs.

Our process
The process includes support with collating and organising relevant evidence, identifying priorities and key areas for discussion, and preparing for a clear, outcome-focused review meeting. We work closely with the family to ensure they feel confident and well-prepared, with a clear understanding of what the review should achieve and how to advocate effectively for their child.
After the Assessment
Families go into the review meeting fully prepared, with organised evidence, clearly defined priorities, and a strategic approach to ensuring the plan reflects the young person’s current needs and provision. Post-review support may include guidance on reviewing the amended plan and next steps if the family is not satisfied with the outcome.
