The Meeting Attendance service at Live to Learn Integrated Assessments provides specialist support and representation at EHCP reviews, school meetings, and professional discussions. This service is designed to empower parents and carers to advocate firmly and effectively for their young person, with an experienced Education Consultant alongside them.

Our process

Prior to the meeting, we work with the family to understand the context, review any relevant documentation, and identify key priorities and talking points. During the meeting itself, we provide expert support — ensuring the family’s voice is heard, that discussions remain focused on the young person’s needs, and that any decisions or actions are clearly recorded and understood.

After the Assessment

Following the meeting, families are provided with a clear summary of what was discussed, any decisions made, and agreed next steps. Where further action is needed – such as requesting amendments to a plan or following up with the local authority — guidance is provided on how to proceed.
