This service provides support across the key stages of the Tribunal process, from initial appeal submission through to preparation for hearing.

The process begins with a thorough analysis of your case, including a review of all existing documentation, professional reports, and correspondence with the local authority. We work with the family to identify the strongest grounds for appeal, organise and strengthen the evidence base, and prepare a clear, well-structured appeal submission.

Support continues through evidence deadlines, working document development, and preparation for the hearing itself — ensuring the family feels confident, informed, and well-represented throughout.

After the Assessment

Families receive a fully prepared, detailed appeal submission alongside ongoing strategic support through each stage of the Tribunal process. This includes assistance with evidence organisation, working document preparation, and guidance on what to expect at the hearing. The aim is to ensure the family’s case is presented as clearly and compellingly as possible.
