The Administrative Support service at Live to Learn Integrated Assessments provides bespoke drafting of correspondence and letters informed by relevant legislation. This service ensures that all communication with schools, local authorities, and other professionals is clear, professional, and robust in representing the young person’s needs.

Our process

The process begins with a discussion to understand the purpose and context of the correspondence required. Drawing on a thorough understanding of the relevant legislation and the family’s circumstances, we draft clear, well-structured letters or documents that are tailored to the specific situation — whether that involves requesting provision, challenging a decision, or formalising a concern.

After the Assessment

Families receive professionally drafted correspondence ready to send, with clear guidance on next steps and expected timelines for response. Where multiple pieces of correspondence are needed, ongoing support is available to ensure consistency and continuity across all communications.

Working With Families and Professionals

“The team worked together seamlessly and we felt supported throughout. It never felt rushed or impersonal. The focus on our child’s strengths as well as their needs was reassuring, and the outcomes have been genuinely helpful in moving forward.”

“The assessment and report from Live to Learn were exceptionally clear and practical. The recommendations were specific, realistic, and easy to translate into provision within school. Having the educational context so carefully considered made a real difference.”

“From the very beginning, the process felt thoughtful and well coordinated. The assessment was thorough, but what stood out most was how clearly everything was explained. The report gave us real clarity and helped us understand not just the diagnosis, but what support would actually help our child in school and day-to-day life.”
